Description: Join the Town of New Windsor Recreation Department and Keep on Pumping CPR for a course designed for rescue personnel, lifeguards, nurses and other health workers. This course teaches basic life support skills as well as 2-person CPR, the use of a pocket mask, modified airway techniques, bag-valve mask, and other skilled procedures. Required for nurses, athletic trainers, rescue personnel, lifeguards, and other health care workers. Be sure to bring your pocket mask if you have one, or masks are available for purchase. |

Description:The Hudson Valley Touch and Flag Football League (HVTFFL) are looking for Players and Teams for the upcoming Fall Season Starting August 21st and 22nd. All games will be played at Mount Airy Sports Complex on Saturday Nights and Sunday Mornings. They will have a 9-MAN “PRO” Ineligible Flag Division, 8-MAN “A & B” Ineligible Flag Divisions, 7-MAN Eligible Touch Division and 5-MAN “No Contact” Flag Division. All Division and League Champions will receive CASH prizes and Trophies.
